Important Super Foods Everybody Should Try

You have probably heard the term super food before. It is used to describe foods that contain vitamins and nutrients that are uncommon or in a high concentration compared to other foods. The next super food is the walnut. While you have probably heard of it, you probably don’t know how healthy it really is. They are an excellent source of antioxidants, vitamins, fiber, and plant based protein. There is also a concentration of omega 3 fatty acids that is higher than other nuts.

So where can you get these super foods?
